The characteristics of the non-demolition floor deck: it is a permanent template in the working stage, mainly accepting the working load and the self-weight of the concrete, it is used as the bottom reinforcement, after the soil reaches a certain strength, it can produce a combination effect, and there is no need to configure the positive stress reinforcement, the steel structure floor will love it, because it has the advantages of light weight, good seismic performance, fast construction, etc., its use is now very common, but what are the precautions when installing the non-demolition floor deck? Here's an introduction.

1. When placing on the steel beam, the probe should be avoided, and the safety belt must be fastened when operating the paving to ensure that it is fixed on the surrounding safety rope while laying.

2. The connection adopts fusion spot welding, and the leftover material should be prepared for arc test welding before welding, and the welding current should be adjusted because there is no degree of template and vertical support at the bottom, and the cloth should not be too concentrated when pouring soil, and the plate vibrator should be used to share the vibration in time.

3. When stopping the blanking, the length should be controlled to 3-6m, so as to prevent the vertical transportation between the sub-beams can not be lifted, of course, do not exceed 12 meters, so as to transport and device.

4. The spacing of its column network is ordinary 5~9.0m×8~15m, the spacing of the secondary beam is less than 3m, and the length of its blanking is 4.97~8.97m, and the transportation and device are more difficult, especially with the vertical hoisting of the floor bearing plate by the arc area, it is difficult to wear the sleeve between the narrow secondary beams from top to bottom, and the normal process of connecting the secondary beams is disrupted.

5. When stopping the hoisting, a special soft sling should be used, and the condition of the sling should be checked before each work, whether there can be a partition and tearing, if there is a should be changed immediately.

6. When the non-demolition floor deck is placed on the steel beam, the probe should be avoided, and the operator should wear the maintenance belt when laying the data, and ensure that it is fixed on the maintenance rope around it when laying the data, and the connection is connected through spot welding. Before welding, the waste arc test welding should be prepared, and the current should be adjusted, because there is no degree template and vertical support at the bottom, the distribution should not be too concentrated when pouring concrete, and the vibration should be shared in time with a plate vibrator.
