Lichengda TDV and TDY steel bar truss floor deck is a combination template that processes the steel bars in the floor slab into a steel bar truss in the factory, and welds the steel bar truss and the galvanized profiled steel plate bottom mold into one. During the construction phase, the steel truss floor deck can withstand the construction load, lay directly on the beams, and the concrete can be poured by simple steel works. Due to the complete replacement of the formwork function, the formwork erection and dismantling works are reduced, and the construction efficiency of the floor slab is greatly improved.
Product Composition
TDV, TDY steel bar truss floor bearing plate is composed of upper chord steel bar, lower chord steel bar, web member steel bar, bottom mold, support steel bar.
Material parameters
Upper and lower chord steel bars: HRB400 grade of three-stage hot-rolled coiled screw steel bar, or CRB550 grade of cold-rolled ribbed auxiliary steel bar.
Web bar bar: cold rolled round steel bar.
TDV, TDY bottom die steel plate: the common thickness of galvanized steel plate is 0.4-0.5mm, and the double-sided galvanizing amount is 120g/m².

Unique Y-shaped upright rib design
● Super solder joint bearing capacity
The bearing capacity of the welding joint of the "Y" type upright auxiliary width of 2-3mm and the reinforcement truss web member reinforcement is about 1.5 times that of the ordinary "V" rib plate welding joint.
● Super durability
The distance between the steel truss and the bottom mold welding joint is about 5mm, and there is no welding point on the surface of the bed mold, which will not produce rust spots, and the corrosion resistance is better than that of the TDV steel bar truss floor bearing plate, which avoids the possibility of maintenance in the later stage.
● Avoid slurry leakage
Since there are no solder joints in the bottom mold and there are no holes for welding, there will be no slurry leakage in the solder joints.
